made a special poster/print for #KCHUNGFEST - scans from the elusive Conograph, The Genus Conophytum, by Steven Hammer. the search for good information on conos led me to contact mr H. himself, as copies of the book fetch prices in the hundreds. fortuitous email it was, leading me to visit Steve at his gardens, a magical idyll in Vista, CA. turns out our LACSS had the cono book available for loan all along. #conophytum #conograph #sphaeroidinstitute #stevenhammer
